About This Product

VLA500-01R is a hybrid integrated circuit for driving IGBT modules. Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive eliminates the need to design a new gate power supply. In addition, the built-in short-circuit protection circuit maintains reverse bias for a certain period of time after a short-circuit is detected, allowing for protective operation with plenty of time.

VCES=600V series…~600A class VCES=1,200V series…~1,400A class

■Features

・Built-in isolated DC-DC converter for gate drive ・SIP structure for easy high-density mounting ・Built-in short circuit protection circuit (with timer and reset circuit) ・Short circuit detection suppression time can be adjusted ・Isolation voltage between input and output: 2,500Vrms guaranteed for 1 minute ・Input can be driven by TTL
