About This Product

■High-Speed Automatic Label Printing and Application for Large Volumes of Tubes

The Sci-Print VX2/VXL, manufactured by Scinomix (USA), prints and applies labels to large volumes of tubes continuously at high speed. Compatible with a wide range of tube sizes, it greatly improves laboratory productivity and efficiency by reducing manual work.

■Wide Compatibility and Throughput

Compatible with tubes and vials from 0.5 to 50 mL, it achieves high-speed printing and application of up to 425 tubes per hour.

■Lineup and Expandability to Match Your Scale

Two models are available: the VX2, which holds six SBS-format racks, and the VXL, which holds twelve.

■Even Higher Volume Processing in Combination with the Bulk Feeder

When combined with the dedicated VXQ bulk feeder, continuous label printing and application onto empty tubes is supported.

■Automatic Dispensing with a Liquid Transfer Pump

The entire sequence from tube feeding to decapping, dispensing, recapping, and label printing and application can be automated.

■Barcode Reader

Printing based on the 2D barcode information fixed to each tube, as well as read verification after application, is possible.

■Custom Racks and Decks

Racks and decks can be customized to match your desired tube sizes and quantities.

■Easy-to-Use Dedicated Software

The dedicated software centrally manages the label designs to be printed as well as various settings for automatic processing.
