■ Plate & shell heat exchangers that achieve high efficiency and compact performance with a unique structure

As a high -performance and compact next -generation global environmental heat exchanger that supports high -temperature and high -pressure specifications, it has been operating more than 55,000 units around the world since its launch in 1990. It has been highly evaluated by a wide range of industries, including various plants such as chemistry, pharmaceuticals, and food, to frozen equipment and ship equipment.

■ Features

・ Since the size is about 1/5 compared to the polymorphism type, equipment and heat retention work are significantly reduced. ・ When using luxury materials, the material cost is reduced because the size is small. ・ Because of the packingless structure, there is no worry about leakage. ・ Because of the structure that tends to cause turbulence, the K value is about 3 to 5 times compared to the poly -tube type. ・ Because it has a self -cleaning effect, the frequency of cleaning is reduced and maintenance costs can be reduced. ・ Due to the smaller capacity, the PV value may be reduced and the applicable law may be changed to a simple one.

The circular plate is an ideal shape that does not concentrate on one place with the heat stress distributed uniformly. Moreover, the plate pack expands and contracts in the long direction and vertical direction in the shell, so it supports intense temperature changes. It adopts fully automatic welding, and has a low residual structure.

■ High efficiency is maintained at low cost for a long time

By alternating the plate, a geometric structure is formed. This creates a powerful turbulence, giving an excellent thermal efficiency. The turbulence has a self -cleaning effect and reduces the scale adhesion to the heat transmission surface, enabling stable driving without performance decrease for a long time.
