About This Product

■Durable space-saving dryer

The compact DC series adsorption dryers are reliable, quiet and highly efficient. High quality and generous component dimensions ensure very low life cycle costs for these highly durable, space-saving dryers. Configurable operating modes provide even higher energy-saving capabilities. The flexible compressed air connection and the standard network interface of the SIGMA CONTROL SMART controller facilitate installation and integration with compressed air lines. ・Pressure dew point up to -70℃ ・Network compatible SIGMA CONTROL SMART controller ・KAESER FILTER is available with ECO-DRAIN or manual condensate drain as an option on the pre-filter advantage

■Highly durable and reliable unit design

The durable DC 2.0 – 11.3 series adsorption dryers feature quality features such as long-lasting aluminum desiccant tubes, maintenance-free shuttle valves, and cartridges filled with pressure-resistant desiccant that remains stable in the presence of liquid water. This is a reliable product with high functionality. For maximum protection of the desiccant and downstream piping network, these compact dryers are equipped with a highly efficient KAESER FILTER.

■High efficiency – extremely low pressure dew point

Optimal flow conditions ensure maximum regeneration capacity with minimum air demand. Even at high load levels over long periods of time, the required pressure dew point (-40/-70 °C) is reliably reached during canned cycles or under pressure dew point control. If required, further energy savings can be achieved by synchronously controlling the compressor or operating it in intermittent mode.

■Quick installation and simple connection

The highly efficient KAESER FILTER is mounted on the outside of the machine for easy function checking and quick element replacement. Due to the flexible connections, the filter can be mounted in different positions relative to the upper valve block. The front panel provides convenient and easy access to the valves, silencer and ECO CONTROL SMART controller.
