About This Product

■Dry compressed air by cooling TCU series

The TCU series* refrigeration dryer is equipped with hot gas bypass control and is the ideal component for processes that require cold, dry compressed air at a temperature of 5 °C. For example, they play an important role in cooling molded parts in glass and metal production. ・Highly reliable drying of compressed air from 4.3 to 43.33 m3/min ・Compressed air discharge temperature: 5℃ ・Supports ambient temperature up to +43°C and compressed air inlet temperature up to +55°C

■Advantages

- Reliable performance: All models are equipped with a stainless steel plate heat exchanger and Eco-Drain electronic condensate drain. A well-sized refrigerant unit and a highly efficient condensate separator maintain a constant pressure dew point. - Convenient operation: The electronic controller (TCU 118-2 and higher models) is equipped with a 2-line clear text display with 10 language selections. Highly visible condition indicators provide information about drying performance and current energy savings. - Reliable remote monitoring: Transfers various service and warning messages to the master controller via the voltage-free connection terminal (optional on TCU 95-2 and lower models). *This series of dryers contains fluorinated greenhouse gas R-513A.
