About This Product

■THP series: Maximum reliability at up to 45 bar

Kaeser's THP series refrigeration dryers (*) shine in applications where maximum reliability is required at high working pressures, such as PET container production. High-quality components and superior manufacturing ensure that the unit remains moisture-free for long periods of time, even at high ambient temperatures. ・Highly reliable drying of compressed air from 8.5 to 85 m3/min ・Supports working pressure up to 45 bar ・Supports ambient temperatures up to +43 °C

■Advantages

・Long-term reliable operation: Equipped with copper soldered stainless steel plate heat exchanger, sufficient capacity condenser and heat exchanger equipment, THP refrigeration dryer achieves long-term reliability. Masu. - Minimize differential pressure to a very low level: THP dryers are equipped with special stainless steel piping that is optimized for flow rate, thereby maintaining optimal differential pressure. ・Condensate drainage without pressure loss: THP series models are equipped as standard with the high-pressure version of the Eco Drain 12 condensate drainage device, which ensures reliable drainage of condensate with zero loss of compressed air. and saves a lot of energy. *This series of dryers contains fluorinated greenhouse gas R-513A.
