About This Product

■Compact energy-saving refrigeration dryer equipped with latent heat storage medium

Kaeser's award-winning SECOTEC refrigeration dryers have a long-standing reputation for industrial quality, stable pressure dew point performance, outstanding reliability and low total lifecycle costs. When used in conjunction with the innovative SECOPACK LS latent heat storage exchanger system and SIGMA CONTROL smart controller, the next generation of modern dryers sets new standards in terms of energy efficiency, compact design and ease of use. ・Uses corrosion-resistant air piping and aluminum heat exchanger for maximum durability (condenser and SECOPACK LS) ・Can be integrated into SIGMA NETWORK (TD series option) with standard Modbus TCP communication module

■Advantages

Energy savings: TD, TE and TF series refrigeration dryers meet very low energy requirements. With energy-saving control, excess cooling capacity can be temporarily stored during part-load operation and then used for drying without requiring additional energy consumption. The fast reaction of the SECOPACK LS heat exchanger system ensures constant pressure dew points. - Intuitive Operation: The Sigma Control Smart Electronic Controller is easy and intuitive to operate. Equipped with message memory, operation time meter and maintenance cycle meter for each part, enabling efficient monitoring and analysis of operational data. Using voltage-free connection terminals and a Modbus TCP communication module (TD series option), you can quickly and easily create a network with a master controller such as SIGMA AIR MANAGER 4.0. Optimized compact design: The innovative SECOPACK LS heat exchanger system uses a phase change material in its heat storage. Due to its extremely high heat storage density, 98% less heat storage medium is required to achieve the same capacity as traditional heat storage media. Since the heat storage medium has a large capacity, the dew point under pressure can be maintained constant and the installation space can be significantly reduced. The optimized flow path minimizes pressure loss and improves the efficiency of SECOTEC dryers.
