About This Product

■Maintains a constant pressure dew point with the highest energy-saving performance

Thanks to highly efficient heat storage control, SECOTEC TA - TC series (*) refrigeration dryers dry compressed air to a pressure dew point of 3 °C according to customer requirements, always delivering maximum efficiency. The extra capacity of the heat storage medium minimizes stress on the material and maintains a stable pressure dew point at all times. - Maximum savings achieved during part-load operation and downtime ・Extremely durable, low-maintenance system design ・Air cooling specification compatible with ambient temperatures up to 43 °C *This series of dryers contains fluorinated greenhouse gas R-513A.

■Advantages

Energy saving: Energy saving control allows excess cooling capacity to be temporarily stored in a heat storage medium during part-load operation and then used for cooling. No power is consumed during this process. ・Long-term reliability: The high-quality cooling circuit of SECOTEC refrigeration dryers provides reliable performance even at ambient temperatures of up to +43 °C. A generous capacity condensate separator and electronic Eco-Drain condensate drain ensure reliable condensate removal at any load. The electrical equipment complies with the EN 60204-1 standard. ・Improved maintainability: The soundproof cover is designed to allow easy access to component equipment, significantly reducing labor costs for maintenance and testing work.

■SECOTEC - Achieving energy savings under any conditions

The load on a refrigeration dryer depends not only on the amount of compressed air being dried. It also depends greatly on the moisture content of the incoming compressed air. The higher the temperature, the higher the moisture content (moisture), so when the ambient temperature is high, such as in the summer, the load on the refrigeration dryer increases significantly. Conversely, when temperatures drop in winter, the load on refrigeration dryers is lower. In order to maintain a constant pressure dew point as the temperature changes, refrigeration dryers must be designed to perform well even at peak loads. You should also consider spare capacity. Like flow rate and temperature range, refrigeration dryers always operate in a load range of 0 to 100%. SECOTEC's thermal storage control uses only as much energy as is necessary in any load range, achieving significant savings.
