■Optimal fit: Aftercooler/heat exchanger for Kaeser blowers
Kaeser aftercoolers/heat exchangers are specifically designed for use with Kaeser blowers.
Designed for all applications where the process air temperature has an upper limit. Additionally, thermal energy from aftercoolers/heat exchangers can be recovered. Kaeser offers two cooling concepts for aftercoolers.
・If the ambient temperature is low enough and there is no water source: Air cooling (cross-flow heat exchanger, ACA series).
・When extremely low temperatures are required: Water cooling (shell & tube heat exchanger, WRN series).
The heated cooling air can be used for space heating purposes, and the heated cooling water can be used in water treatment systems, such as for drying sludge.
