About This Product

■Optimal fit: Aftercooler/heat exchanger for Kaeser blowers

Kaeser aftercoolers/heat exchangers are specifically designed for use with Kaeser blowers. Designed for all applications where the process air temperature has an upper limit. Additionally, thermal energy from aftercoolers/heat exchangers can be recovered. Kaeser offers two cooling concepts for aftercoolers. ・If the ambient temperature is low enough and there is no water source: Air cooling (cross-flow heat exchanger, ACA series). ・When extremely low temperatures are required: Water cooling (shell & tube heat exchanger, WRN series). The heated cooling air can be used for space heating purposes, and the heated cooling water can be used in water treatment systems, such as for drying sludge.

Transfer all energy: Kaeser aftercoolers/heat exchangers are specially designed for use in conjunction with Kaeser blowers. This virtually eliminates flow and pressure losses, allowing all of the energy input to be used for other purposes. - The perfect aftercooler/heat exchanger for every need: Choose the aftercooler/heat exchanger that best suits your pressure and temperature requirements from Kaeser's comprehensive product range. This results in significant energy savings and extended service life. - Protection of heat-sensitive bulk materials: Kaeser's aftercoolers/heat exchangers reliably lower the air temperature. It does not compromise the quality of heat-sensitive bulk materials such as baking mixes, animal feed, and plastic granules.
