■i.Comp 8 and 9 packages

Oil-free reciprocating compressors with variable speed drive motors always deliver exactly the amount of compressed air required for the application. The technical parameters of i.Comp 8 and 9 packages are as follows: ・Pressure: 11bar ・Discharge air flow rate: 404 to 570 l/min ・Drive motor rated output: 3.1 to 4.2kW Ideal for commercial and industrial applications.

■Advantages

Power and Endurance: Unlimited switching frequency gives the i.Comp 8/9 unmatched endurance. It can withstand the harshest conditions at ambient temperatures of +45°C. ・Quiet and clean: Due to the extremely smooth operating compressor and soundproof polyethylene housing, the maximum noise level of i.Comp 8/9 is surprisingly quiet at 65.7 dB (A). - Space-saving footprint: Due to its compact dimensions, the high-performance i.Comp 8/9 has a total footprint of less than 1m2.

■Plug and play

i.Comp 8/9 can be connected immediately after delivery. All you need to do is connect to power and compressed air lines. The units offer superior energy efficiency, easy maintenance, robustness and perfectly matched components to provide long-term, reliable and cost-effective service.

■Outstanding efficiency

i.Comp 8/9 maintains excellent efficiency during all load phases. Significant reduction in switching movements reduces energy losses and relieves compressed air line pressure. Economical part-load operation enables further energy cost savings. i.Comp 8/9 compressors deliver up to 18 percent lower specific power than traditional reciprocating compressors.

■Sound insulation

Reciprocating compressors are as quiet as a conversation. Thanks to an extremely smooth-running compressor, soundproof polyethylene housing and thoughtful air flow, the i.Comp 8/9 has an impressive maximum noise level of 65.7 dB (A). It's quiet. Noise levels are further reduced by separating the compressor from the polyethylene housing. These characteristics make it very easy to install and operate the i.Comp 8/9 directly on the job site or to connect it to existing compressed air lines.
