About This Product

■Advantages

- Extremely high efficiency: The use of IE3 motors has been mandatory in the EU since 2015. This motor and Sigma profile provide very low power consumption. - Low maintenance/ease of service: A cooling air filter mat protects the interior from dirt, a gas ballast improves water vapor pressure tolerances, and low-speed operation extends the life of all components. The wide opening and removable rear panel facilitate maintenance.

■Reduction of operating costs

The self-tensioning V-belt drive system drives the airend at precise speeds, no matter what type of airend you use. The motor power is transferred to the airend as efficiently as possible, contributing to energy savings and high compressor reliability.

■Vacuum air end

・Air end for screws using the energy-saving Sigma profile design ・V belt drive ・Automatic belt tension adjustment device ・Suction valve controlled by solenoid valve ・Cooling oil pump (gear pump) - Allowable temperature of intake air is up to +45 ℃

・Premium high efficiency IE3 ・Protection degree IP 55 (ASV series: IP 54) ・Insulation class F ・400 V, three-phase, 50 Hz

■Cooling

・Air-cooled aluminum liquid cooler ・Designed for ambient temperatures up to +40℃

・IP54 ・230 V control voltage ・Direct motor startup ・Motor overload protection relay
