Even in environments without water cooling infrastructure, the air-cooled, oil-free compression rotary screw compressor supplies compressed air with maximum reliability, even at ambient temperatures up to +45°C. There's also plenty of power thanks to the innovative and intelligent system design, with the air-cooled, oil-free compression rotary screw compressor capable of delivering up to 355 kW of horsepower.

■Advantages
Easily reuse heat: High residual thrust radial fans allow heated cooling air to be used directly to heat the space, usually without the need for an auxiliary fan.
Detailed energy efficiency: In standby mode, the temperature-controlled operating fan reliably transfers residual heat and can shut down the main fan.
Extremely easy maintenance: The first and second stages of the aluminum block heat exchanger can be easily removed and cleaned.
■Water jacket cooling
Effective water jacket cooling provides efficiency gains of several percent compared to oil jacket cooling. Additionally, gear oil life is extended to 18,000 operating hours.
■Variable cooling air flow rate
Thanks to an innovative fan system, the cooling air flow is adjusted according to your needs. This allows optimal adjustment to the corresponding load situation and cooling air temperature.
■Fiber-free pulse damper
Kaeser's new fiber-free pulse dampers minimize pressure losses, maintain consistent air quality and, unlike fiber-based dampers, do not become a source of compressed air contamination.
■Highly efficient condensed water separator
The newly developed condensate separator has a flow-optimized design to ensure downstream condensate separation from the aftercooler with minimal pressure loss.
