About This Product

■i.HOC - Highly efficient compressed air drying The patented Kaeser i.HOC rotary dryer utilizes up to 100% of the heat of compression. The full-flow regeneration system maintains a stable pressure dew point in environments with ambient temperatures up to 45°C. No extra power is then required to heat or cool the regeneration air. ・Pre-installed air/water cooling unit ・Unit rated output 37 to 355 kW ・Unit discharge air flow rate 4.2 to 51 m3/min ・Sigma Control 2 compressor controller integration (SFC model version) Sigma Control 2 ■Advantages ・Maintains the pressure dew point below zero even in environments with high ambient temperatures: Due to its extremely high regeneration ability, i.HOC maintains the pressure dew point below zero even at high coolant temperatures. ・Maintains a constant pressure dew point even when the flow rate fluctuates: Even when the compressor load is low, the pressure dew point remains constant, without the need for partial load correction. ・Effective drying and waste heat reuse: i.HOC uses a second stage heat exchanger to regenerate heat from air cooling and optimally reuse waste heat. ■Advantages of full flow regeneration The i.HOC (Integrated Heat of Compression Dryer) utilizes 100% of the heat of compression from the second compressor stage for drying purposes (full flow regeneration). This heat is generated in every process, so it can be used effectively and at zero cost. ・No additional energy required for drying process ・Excellent regeneration power compared to dryers with partial flow regeneration ・Full performance is demonstrated even when the compressor load is low. As the coolant temperature increases, the benefits of full-flow regeneration become very apparent. Kaeser's rotary dryers achieve excellent drying results without the need for extra power to heat the regeneration air. ■Energy-saving drying process The integrated heat exchanger design with a sufficiently dimensioned aluminum block ensures minimal pressure losses of less than 0.1 bar. Energy-saving scroll refrigerant compressors further reduce the energy required to produce compressed air. ■Easy-to-work structure All refrigeration dryer components are accessible through the service door at the front of the unit. This makes servicing and maintenance of your dryer extremely convenient.
