One-time scan/direct exposure
The unique laser unit is equipped with a new drawing engine that combines advanced lens design technology. By arranging high-quality, high-output laser heads in lines across the width of the substrate, one-time scanning is achieved and high throughput is possible. It also achieves high-quality exposure with no connections or gaps between heads.
