■What is the rail system?

Aluminum rail (or steel rail) is a surface conveyance system consisting of X and Y axes made by assembling rails. In the case of aluminum rails, they are lightweight and have excellent running properties, and at the same time, they also have two major advantages: non-corrosion and precise operability. When combined with an air balancer, it is possible to move products in three dimensions, which was previously impossible. Also, it can be transported to the target location without waste.

■Rails use aluminum and steel rails

Both aluminum and steel are equipped with fall prevention pins, so you can rest assured even if the trolley is damaged. The hanger and end track contain bolts that pass through the rail, reducing the risk of falling.

■Trolley has side rollers

The trolley has side rollers so you don't have to worry about it moving sideways. It is also possible to use telescopes and rails vertically. The tool rail has been designed with ergonomics in mind to minimize the force of transporting heavy objects in the lateral direction. It has a smooth operating feel and allows you to transport heavy objects with less force.

■Tanag rail system

Tanag's rail system allows for smooth transportation of items weighing 1,000 kg without the rumbling feel of conventional methods. The force required for transportation is approximately 1% to 1.5% of the product to be transported, so it is possible to work with even a weak force. In addition, since the aluminum rail is made of alloyed aluminum, there is no need to worry about rust, allowing you to maintain a sanitary working space.
