About This Product
■Reinforced vibration resistance Compact round one-touch lock waterproof connector
The JN1V/JN2V series has the same appearance and dimensions as the conventional JN1/JN2 series, but has improved vibration resistance by changing the contact structure. The 5-point contact structure allows the contacts to be held securely and maintain a stable connection even when subjected to vibration. Compared to the conventional JN2 series, it supports vibration conditions of 245m/s^2 (25G), which is 2.5 times higher. This product is a small waterproof I/O connector that can be widely used in servo motors of industrial equipment such as robots, automatic machines, and machine tools, which will become more diverse in the future and require environmental resistance.

・Mating compatibility with JN1/JN2 receptacle connectors
・Semi-automatic crimping tool (applicator) for JN1/JN2 contacts can be used (manual crimping tool requires special tool for JN2V)
・One-touch lock structure using push twist method
・Ensures IP67 waterproof performance when mated
・The right angle type allows the cable exit direction to be set in 4 directions at 90° intervals.
・JN1V is an all-plastic type, JN2V is a stronger product that partially uses metal parts.
