■One-touch/screw fitting round waterproof connector
The JL10 series is a one-touch lock mating circular waterproof connector for industrial equipment that has obtained TÜV certification and UL certification in compliance with European safety standards. The one-touch locking method provides excellent mating operability and is a product that can contribute to reducing mating work. In addition, the JL10 receptacle is a one-touch/screw-fit connector that is compatible with conventional MIL-standard MS connectors and our screw-fit plugs (JL04V, N/MS, JA). For receptacle cable connections, in addition to the conventional solder connection, we have developed a variety of crimp connections. Crimp arrangement: 18-10, 22-22, 32-17
■Features
・The mating method uses a one-touch bayonet locking method, allowing secure mating even in difficult-to-see locations and narrow spaces.
・Excellent mating operability and improved mating work (reduced screw tightening work, no need to manage torque).
・JL10 receptacle is compatible with one-touch/screw fitting.
・One-touch mating: When using JL10 plug
・Screw fitting: When using MIL standard MS connectors and our general-purpose N/MS-A/B series, JL04V series, JA*A series J1 type plugs
・Solder connection and crimp connection are available for receptacle cable connection (crimp arrangement: 18-10, 22-22, 32-17)
・There is a matching mark (color: white) at the mating position of the JL10 series receptacle/plug, allowing visual confirmation of the mating status.
・The angle plug has a low profile and compact design that allows the cable to be pulled out in any 8 directions in 45 degree increments.
・Cable clamp is shared with JL04V
・UL and TÜV certified product
・IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance
・The receptacle has a single waterproof structure (2E) and a mating waterproof structure (2A).
・Environmental resistance with excellent vibration resistance and oil resistance
