About This Product
■Small circular connector
A round, waterproof connector with a one-touch lock mechanism developed for interfaces in industrial equipment. The JN1 series, which is an all-plastic type, and the JN2 series, which is a reinforced type with partial metal specifications, have been commercialized, and are suitable for miniaturization and can be used in various electronic devices.
*JN2-4 pole type is a TÜV certified product. (Patent and design registration applied)
■Features
・Lightweight connector with all plastic body
・Easy and reliable mating with push and twist one-touch locking mechanism
・The wiring specifications for the receptacle and plug vary depending on the series and number of pins, so please check the general specifications for each product. (There are two types of connections for the 10-pole socket contact: crimp and solder.)
・Please note that the 4-pole receptacle is not body grounded. A ground connection to the housing is required in advance.
・There are two types of relay receptacles: relay type and bulkhead relay type (4, 10 pins)
・There are 3 types of plugs: straight, right angle, and single (10 pins only).The right angle type allows the cable/extraction direction to be set in 4 directions at 90 degree intervals.
・Right angle plug has a low profile mated height (from the housing surface) of 30.8mm (4, 10 pins), single plug is 16.9mm (10 pins)
・IP67 waterproof and dustproof performance
・Environmental performance with excellent earthquake resistance and oil resistance
・Can be attached to a conduit (cannot be attached to a single plug)
