About This Product

■Automotive USB2.0 compatible connector

Recently, car navigation systems have been added with the ability to connect a portable digital audio player or smartphone with a USB cable and enjoy music and videos using the data stored on these devices. Furthermore, as car navigation systems become more sophisticated, the number of components mounted on the circuit board increases, creating a need for smaller USB connectors. In order to meet these needs, we have developed the ``MX49 series'' in-vehicle USB 2.0 compatible connector. This connector has shorter depth, height, and width dimensions than conventional products, reducing the volume by approximately 48%.It also satisfies the transmission performance of the USB 2.0 standard that supports high-speed signals, and is an automotive connector. It also has the environmental resistance required for.

■Features

・Achieved 48% reduction in volume compared to conventional products ・Horizontal pitch 2.0mm, 2 rows 4 cores (2 signal wires + power supply + ground) ・Transmission performance complies with USB2.0 standard ・There are two types of board connectors: DIP type and reflow type. ・To prevent incorrect mating, products with different keys are also available. (DIP type: 5 types, reflow type: 4 types) ・When mating the connector, it has a pry-resistant structure and uses a mechanical lock. ・Strengthens EMI countermeasures by covering the entire surface of the connector with a shield shell and creating a double shield structure with the ground terminal. ・Supplied as a harness product to ensure transmission performance and reliability.
