About This Product

■Thin wire coaxial connector for small mobile terminals

In recent years, small mobile terminals have become smaller and thinner, occupying less board space, and the fine wire coaxial connectors that pass through small-diameter hinges after harness processing are also required to be smaller. The FI-JW series is a small, low-profile connector that can be used to pass through small-diameter hinges after harness processing in the small mobile terminal market. *Production of this connector series has been reduced due to decreased demand. Please refrain from hiring new employees as we will not be able to provide continuous supply.

■Features

・The plug side can pass through a φ3.7mm hinge after harness processing (AWG #42, 40 cores). - When mated, the depth is 3.2mm, the pitch direction is 17.3mm (40 cores), and the height is 1.65mm. ・The effective contact length is 0.35mm, ensuring a stable connection. - Gold-plated ground contact between the plug side and receptacle side allows for a more stable connection. -Equipped with a function to prevent incorrect mating. - Noise resistance has been strengthened by connecting the plug side and receptacle side with 6 ground points. - Applicable wires are thin coaxial AWG #44 and #42. - Automatic mounting is possible on the receptacle side by supplying embossed tape. - The receptacle side has a nickel barrier structure to prevent solder from rising.

■Applications

Mobile phones, small portable devices, etc.

■General specifications

・Number of poles: 30, 34, 40, 50 poles ・Contact pitch: 0.3mm ・Rated current: AC, DC each 0.25 A/contact ・Rated voltage: AC, DC each 50 V/contact ・Withstand voltage: AC 100 Vr.m.s. (1 minute) ・Insulation resistance: 100MΩ or more ・Contact resistance: 40mΩ or less (initial) ・Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃ ・Applicable wire: AWG #44, #42 (thin wire coaxial) ・Mating/unmating life: 30 times
