About This Product

■Automotive high-speed differential transmission connector

As automobiles become more electronic, the number of in-vehicle displays is increasing, such as for watching DVDs in the back seat, checking safety on the back monitor, and converting meter panels to liquid crystals, and the signals used there are also increasing in size and resolution. Due to improvements, we are transitioning from analog transmission to digital high-speed differential transmission, which can send large amounts of data more efficiently. In order to meet these needs, we have developed the ``MX38 series'' automotive high-speed differential transmission connector. Compatible with GVIF and LVDS transmission, which are suitable for transmitting and receiving video signals in cars. *GVIF is a trademark of Sony Corporation.

■Features

・Horizontal pitch 2.2 mm, signal line 2 poles ・Supports GVIF and LVDS transmission ・Impedance matching design compatible with high-speed transmission ・To prevent incorrect mating, products with different keys are also available. (4 types) ・When mating the connector, it has a pry-resistant structure and uses a mechanical lock. - Fully shielded with a shield shell as an EMI countermeasure. ・In addition, it has a double shield structure along with the GND terminal. ・Supplied as a harness product to ensure transmission performance and reliability.

■General specifications

・Number of poles: 2 poles (straight, angle, relay) ・Withstand voltage: 1,000V AC applied for 1 minute (mated state) ・Insulation resistance: 100MΩ or more (mated state) ・Applicable board thickness: t 1.6mm ・Applicable wire: Shielded twisted pair wire (Harness sales only) ・Connector insertion force: 70N or less ・Operating temperature range: -40℃ to +85℃
