About This Product

■Smart textile compatible connector

We have developed the "RK01 series" that is compatible with smart textiles. RK01 is a user-friendly snap button type connector that is widely used in apparel products and is compatible with the washing specifications required for clothing products. With multipolarization and high contact reliability, which was difficult to achieve with conventional snap buttons for clothing, it supports the miniaturization and higher functionality of smart textile products.

■Features

・Can be washed in a household washing machine ・Unique structure allows multiple electrodes to be attached and detached in one action ・High versatility (compatible with various conductive materials and number of poles) ・Mating can be made waterproof even when the transmitter is attached.

■General specifications

・Number of poles: 2 poles or more ・Lifespan: 500 times ・Washing test: JIS L 1930 (C4G) ・Operating temperature range: -20℃ to +50℃

■Contact resistance

・Initial value: 1 Ω or less ・After test: 5 Ω or less
