About This Product

Precision drilling laser processing machine TLSM-401 is a laser processing machine that combines the processing speed of 500 holes - 1.5sec with the processing accuracy of 5µm taper (Φ0.2mm hole). It features a uniquely developed laser optical system that reduces heat effects on the cutting edge of the workpiece, and high-speed laser scanning technology that provides high processing capacity.

■Reduces heat effects on workpieces

Demand for drilling holes in functional films used in a wide range of industries and applications, including touch panel displays, has been increasing, but machining has caused problems such as cracks due to stress and reduced yields. The precision drilling laser processing machine TLSM-401 is equipped with a uniquely developed laser optical system to reduce the effects of heat on the cutting edge. A taper of approximately 5 µm was achieved when drilling Φ0.2 mm holes in PET film.

■High processing capacity using high-speed laser scanning technology
