About This Product

KOG-404-V is a small anodic bonding support device consisting of a vacuum chamber, high temperature heater section, and high voltage unit. It is possible to prototype anodic bonding using materials such as borosilicate glass-silicon and borosilicate glass-metal (Ti, Mo, Al, Kovar). We can also manufacture high vacuum types (up to 10⁻⁴Pa order) as an option.

■Tips “Anodic bonding”

Anodic bonding is solid phase diffusion bonding that uses electrostatic attraction. By applying a voltage, mobile ions within the glass move to the bonding interface with silicon, creating electrostatic attraction and causing covalent bonding. Because it does not use adhesive, it has excellent temperature characteristics and has strong bonding strength.

■Small design that can be installed anywhere

In addition to the AC100V power supply specification, the main body has a compact design of W530 x D550mm. It can be installed anywhere, and can be used even in limited spaces such as laboratories.
