About This Product

This equipment analyzes and replenishes the components of processing solutions such as plating solutions and etching solutions used in the production process of semiconductors, electronic parts, and automobile parts. Each component in the treated liquid is analyzed using neutralization titration/oxidation-reduction titration. After analysis, if any components are missing, a replenishment signal is output as necessary to automatically replenish reagents.
