About This Product

This is a device that measures and replenishes the organic components of copper sulfate plating solution additives used in the manufacturing process of semiconductors and printed circuit boards. In via filling plating, it is essential to measure and balance the concentration of additives in the plating solution in order to improve surface flatness and fillability in vias. The LT8900CVS measures additive concentration using the CVS (Cyclic Voltammetry Stripping) method. If any ingredient is missing, a replenishment signal is output and automatic replenishment is performed. Compatible with additives made by manufacturers such as Uemura Industries, Okuno Pharmaceutical Industries, and JCU. Since sampling is taken directly from the plating solution tank and automatic measurement is performed at any cycle time, it is easier to stabilize the plating solution concentration compared to manual operations and improve product yield.
