About This Product

The bulk work high-speed sorting system is a robot system that aligns loose foods and sends them to the horizontal pillow packaging machine. The operator simply puts the separate pieces into a collection box called a hopper. By eliminating the crowding of workpieces using our in-house developed dispersion mechanism, it is possible to use robots to align the workpieces, which saves labor when loading the workpieces into the horizontal pillow packaging machine.

■Work distribution mechanism

When arranging bulk workpieces, if the workpieces are fed overlapping each other, the image recognition camera will recognize them as one workpiece. Additionally, three-dimensional image recognition using 3D cameras and other devices has disadvantages such as high capital investment and slow processing speed. The high-speed alignment system for bulk workpieces uses a work distribution mechanism developed in-house to eliminate dense overlapping of workpieces, allowing robots to perform picking and alignment operations. It can be used for a variety of work items, from small bags for seasonings and snacks to inner bags such as retort pouches. By arranging multiple units of this sorting system in parallel, it is possible, for example, to feed raw noodles and soup into a horizontal pillow packaging machine at the same time. If you add them at intervals, you can also change the variety.
