About This Product

The tabletop dilution weighing robot system is a robot system that automatically performs tasks such as weighing and preparing powders and liquids using a small collaborative robot. High reproducibility of work is achieved by fully automating a series of tasks using robots. In addition to solving labor shortages, it can improve accuracy and reproducibility, and reduce the risk of exposure to substances that are harmful to the human body.

■Work by small collaborative robots

The tabletop dilution weighing robot system uses DENSO WAVE's COBOTTA® collaborative robot, which is characterized by its safety, compact size, and weighing design. Our in-house developed robot hand is compatible with a wide variety of workpieces and can weigh samples in a variety of containers, including aluminum cups, ceramics, filter paper, and petri dishes.

■Small design that can be installed anywhere

With a desktop size (W1010 x D650 x H660mm) housing and AC100V power supply specifications, it can be installed even in limited spaces, making it a robot system suitable for laboratory automation (LA). It is possible to automate tasks such as weighing, dilution, dispensing, and preparation for quality testing and product sample analysis.

■Synchronization with production management data

Since a code reader is installed, it is possible to manage lots of data such as weighing values, and it is also possible to synchronize the acquired data with other production control data.
