About This Product

The microbial test preprocessing device compatible with film media is a device that automates the preprocessing process in quality control processes such as food microbial testing. Just by placing a sample in a stomacher bag and setting it on the device, it automatically weighs the sample, dispenses diluent according to the weight of the sample, stomacher processing, serial dilution, dropping onto film medium, and spread processing. Easy operation that does not require advanced manual labor ensures high accuracy and reproducibility.

■Pursuing simple operation

Simply set the specimen and film medium in the device and press the start button from the control PC, and the series of steps will be performed automatically. Simple operation regardless of operator skill or proficiency reduces human errors and contributes to improved work efficiency.

■High versatility

The software supports a variety of serial dilutions, seed numbers, etc. The film medium is also compatible with each manufacturer's products, so there is no need to change the medium you are using.
