About This Product

The microbial test preprocessing device for agar media is a device that automates the preprocessing process in quality control processes such as food microbial testing. Compatible with methods using agar media as stipulated in the Food Sanitation Inspection Guidelines. Automatically performs everything from diluting the test sample to dispensing and mixing the culture medium in contamination indicator bacteria testing (bacterial count testing).

■Pursuing simple operation

Set the petri dish, specimen, and agar medium in the device. After that, simply set conditions such as dilution rate on the control PC and press the start button, and the process from preparing the diluted sample solution to pouring it into the Petri dish will be fully automated. Simple operation, regardless of operator skill level, reduces human errors and contributes to improved work efficiency.

■High dispensing accuracy

The dilution rate can be set arbitrarily, and up to 8 levels of dilution are possible. In addition, the dispensing accuracy of sample: ±1% or less (at 1mL) / diluent: ±0.5% or less (at 9mL) achieves high operational reproducibility.
