About This Product

This is a processing machine that performs fine processing based on the alignment mark using image processing by recognizing the alignment mark with the camera on the top. ATC (automatic tool change) is also standard equipment, which can significantly reduce the cycle time required for additional machining.

■Precision-oriented micro-processing

The highly rigid cast iron casing cancels vibrations transmitted to the spindle during machining, enabling high-precision micromachining. Furthermore, by incorporating a scale feedback function as standard, we have achieved high repeatability of less than ±1.5 µm.

■Camera alignment function

The camera on the top recognizes the alignment marks on the workpiece, allowing offset processing using image processing. By using the workpiece pattern as a reference, it is easy to combine processing with etching, blasting, photolithography, etc. By taking advantage of the wide effective stroke, it can also be used for additional machining of semiconductor substrates (up to 12 inches).
