About This Product

The high-rigidity CNC micro-processing machine Micro MC-3 is attractive for its high seismic performance. We are good at not only processing metals but also micro-processing ceramics, and brittle materials such as glass and silicon.

■High seismic performance

The highly rigid cast iron casing prevents vibrations during machining from being transmitted to the tool (spindle), making it possible to drill small diameter holes and narrow grooves in difficult-to-machine and brittle materials such as tungsten and titanium.

■Repeat positioning accuracy

The repeatable positioning accuracy of Micro MC-3 is less than ±1μm (0.001mm). It is used as a specialized machine that requires high processing precision, such as center processing of various nozzles, production of resin molds, and glass spherical surface processing for semi-finishing lenses.
