About This Product

The tabletop NC microprocessing machine Micro MC-2 is attractive for its compact housing with the smallest design in the series and high accuracy. It has processing accuracy that is rare among small processing machines, and is good at light cutting and fine processing of brittle materials such as glass and silicon. This model is often used by universities and research institutes for research and development purposes in limited space and for small-lot, high-mix processing.

■Small casing that can be used on a tabletop

Due to its AC100V power supply specification and the smallest design of the Micro MC series, it has a compact housing (W520 x D580 x H830mm), so it can be used for research and development in limited spaces such as laboratories of universities and research institutes.

■Improving the efficiency of bio research

By processing acrylic with Micro MC-2, you can create custom-made microwell devices used for cell culture, etc. Since it is not extruded, there is no need to use a mold release agent. Additionally, the complex flow path of a microreactor can be fabricated without using a mold if data created using general-purpose CAD is available. Since only the required number of sheets can be produced and loss costs due to trial and error can be reduced, research and development can be done more quickly and at lower costs.
