About This Product

The nano-UP series is a palm-sized, high-precision nano stage that achieves extremely high control resolution and repeatability by being equipped with a high-precision feedback scale and piezo actuator. High-speed switching between a stepping motor (coarse movement) and a piezo (fine movement) realizes smooth positioning on the nano-order. The lineup includes four models in three types: 1-axis stage, θ stage, and tilt stage, which can be freely combined according to your application.
