About This Product
Equipped with our unique cold mirror/filter method, this device achieves low-temperature UV irradiation of the workpiece.
Utilization of the ultraviolet region is utilized in the manufacturing process. The surface coating film created by chemical bonding through UV irradiation has a high surface hardness that cannot be obtained by heat drying. The drying time can be set in seconds, making it possible to run the line continuously and automating the process, saving time and effort for work efficiency. Compared to other devices, the initial cost investment is low, so running costs are also low.
UV-curable paints, inks, and resins have a low content of volatile solvents, which prevents odor and other deterioration of the working environment.
