About This Product
■ It is possible to safely and improve the inspection survey of closed space such as sewer pipes.
・ Visual inspections are conducted by people on sewer pipes, but there are issues in terms of safety and labor shortage.
・ We use self -propelled robots for narrow caliber pipes, but the survey takes time and the cost is large.
・ We are considering inspections using drones, but there is anxiety that it may be technically difficult, such as piloting, maintenance, and drones clogging the piping.
The closing environment inspection drone, AIR SLIDER® Fi4, jointly developed by ACSL and NJS Co., Ltd.
■ It is possible to fly stably in a closed space such as a pipe.
The closing environment inspection drone is divided into a lighter and durable carbon core part and a bumper part to emerge from the surface of the water, and each of the optimal materials is adopted to ensure flight performance. The carbon core is durable, and the bumper part is composed of relatively inexpensive materials to exhaust the surroundings. In addition, it has IP55 dustproof and waterproof, and can withstand harsh research environments.
■ Waterproof camera without shaking with gimbal
With the waterproof camera mounted on the gimbal, it is possible to shoot a problem due to deterioration such as cracking of the tube. Furthermore, by copying the heavens, it is possible to measure the crack size.
■ Easy operation and maintenance
By installing a straight -type propeller, it has an aircraft structure that makes it easy to move forward in the tube, so it can be easily operated. In addition, a smart controller equipped with a dedicated application allows you to operate while checking the inside of the tube in real time. Part of the aircraft frame uses a firing material, and can be separated from the core part where the control board etc. is installed, so it can be easily repaired when the aircraft is damaged.
