About This Product

This tester is a vertical tensile tester with an integrated body and pressurizing part that can measure the adhesive strength between two layers, and was manufactured and improved under the guidance of the Ministry of Construction's Building Research Institute, Building Materials Testing Center, and Housing and Urban Development Corporation. Kenken type peel tester). Depending on the purpose of the test, two types of load cells can be used: 0-30kN for high loads and 0-10kN for low loads.

■ Functions/Features

It can measure the adhesive strength between two layers of each material such as mortar, tiles, paved roads, paints, bonding agents, etc., and inspect and diagnose its quality. Measured values ​​are displayed digitally and peak held to ensure accurate readings. The pressurizing mechanism consists of a rotary handle-type hydraulic pump and cylinder, which are integrated and easy to use and lightweight. It can be used at any site or laboratory. Comes with a lightweight aluminum case (270x240x250mm) that is convenient to carry.
