About This Product

This is a vertical tensile tester (Kenken-style peel tester) with an integrated body and pressurizing part that can measure the adhesive strength between two layers. It can measure the adhesive strength between two layers of each material such as mortar, tiles, paved roads, paints, bonding agents, etc., and inspect and diagnose its quality. The pressurizing mechanism consists of a rotary handle-type hydraulic pump and cylinder, which are integrated and easy to use and lightweight.

■ Functions/Features

Depending on the purpose of the test, two types of load cells can be used: 0-30kN for high loads and 0-10kN for low loads. The rotating handle allows for smooth pressurization. It is easy to use and can be used in any field or laboratory. Comes with a lightweight aluminum case (340x240x250mm) that is convenient to carry.

■Options

- Adhesive board of usable size. Square plate 40x40~Max.110x110mm, disk shape Φ100mm Φ50mm, for various tiles 45x45, 45x95, 45x145, 60x108, 60x227mm, etc. ・Electric diamond cutter (dry type) Φ105mm *The digital display type model is BA-800D type.
