About This Product

A small and lightweight tensile tester (Kenken Peel Tester) allows you to measure the adhesive strength of a sample between two layers with simple operations. It can also be used to test the peel strength of mortar, architectural finishing coating materials, small tiles, etc., and the pull-out strength of external wall repair pins. Comes with a carrying case (220x220x210mm) that is convenient to carry.

■How to use

Draw a 40x40 ruled line on the test piece, and use a diamond cutter to cut a slightly deeper groove on the line until it reaches the test piece's substrate. Attach the adhesive board to the inside of the cut groove using epoxy adhesive. Install the device and connect the clamp fittings and adhesive plate. Turn the rotary handle clockwise to increase the tensile load, and read the maximum load at the time of peeling with the indicator needle (red needle). Divide that value by the area of ​​the adhesive plate to obtain the adhesive strength.
