About This Product
■NanoDisc BD Kit
This kit combines the optimal reagents for synthesizing NanoDiscs, allowing you to obtain high-quality and high-yield NanoDiscs.
■Product features
・NanoDisc is synthesized by co-expressing MSP (membrane scaffold protein) mRNA and target membrane protein mRNA in the presence of Asolectine liposome without using detergents [patent pending].
・The kit consists of the translation reaction solution WEPRO7240ND for NanoDisc synthesis and reagents for five 2ml reaction scale bilayer–dialysis (BD) reactions.
・Synthesized NanoDiscs can be detected by SDS-PAGE/CBB staining.

・Those who want to perform interaction analysis
・Those who want to perform structural analysis of membrane proteins
Note) This kit does not include a dialysis device. Separately required Slide-A-LyzerTM MINI Dialysis Devices, 10K MWCO (Thermo Fisher Scientific Inc.).
