■Low noise, high reliability

We offer a wide variety of axial fans. By paying particular attention to the material and shape of the blades, we have improved blade efficiency, achieving low noise and high efficiency. By using highly reliable ball bearings, the load on the bearings is reduced and the operating environment temperature is expanded, resulting in long life and excellent environmental resistance.

A wide variety of options are available, including lock sensor output, rotation, pulse output, connectors, and different voltage specifications.

■Can be used even under water splashes or in dusty environments. Can be used even in oily environments.

Water resistance, which was a weak point of DC axial fans, has been significantly improved by using an epoxy resin mold. It can withstand long-term use even in locations exposed to splashes of water, outdoors with a lot of dust, and environments exposed to cutting oil mist. ■Features

・In order to protect the coil and drive circuit from water and cutting oil, the stator part is molded with a special epoxy resin with excellent oil resistance. (Patent pending) - We have developed a magnet material that is more oil resistant than conventional products. - Repeated temperature accelerated life tests have improved reliability.

Compliant with European RoHS Directive.

■Equivalent to protection class IP55

・This is the degree of protection provided by the outer enclosure of electrical machinery and equipment (JIS C 0920), which is the degree of waterproofing and dustproofing specified by the Japanese Industrial Standards. ・IP5X: Dust that does not cause harmful effects does not enter inside (dust-proof type) ・IPX5: No harmful effects even when exposed to direct jets from any direction (jet-proof type)
