About This Product
Efficient lapping requires proper lapping plate selection. Select the plate according to the processing purpose (processing amount, surface roughness), processing material, and size/type of diamond slurry used for lapping.
Each material of the Hi-Press plate is a composite of high-molecular polymer and metal powder, which has a certain degree of flexibility and elasticity, and holds diamonds uniformly and turns them into fixed abrasive grains. Process times can be significantly reduced and fine surface finishes can be achieved.
Alumet Plate is a surface plate made of tin as a base, mixed with special metals, and subjected to crystal grain refinement treatment. You can obtain stable surface roughness, polishing rate, and plate life compared to pure tin.
