About This Product

■Simple wire mechanism

Approximately 200m of molybdenum wire is wound around a wire winding drum and the same wire can be used repeatedly for a long time by rotating it in forward and reverse directions. Molybdenum wire has high strength, toughness, and durability, and can be electrically discharged for about 50 hours under normal machining. The wire travels across the workpiece cross section at a speed of up to 11m/sec, promoting chip evacuation and increasing machining efficiency.

■Features of processing table

Machining fluid is directly discharged from the top and bottom of the electrical discharge machining section to remove chips and cool it. Since the workpiece is not immersed, it is easy to process thick and long materials. In addition, it is easy to attach fixing jigs such as chucks, so it can be used with a wide variety of materials.

■Design and specifications aimed at increasing setup efficiency

The wire running parts such as the guide wheel (power feeding part) and guide block are V-groove type, so there is no need for detailed work such as passing the molybdenum wire through the hole.

■Easy CAD/CAM software included as standard

You can set the drafting, machining path, and condition values ​​using our special processing software, making it easy to operate even without CAD/CAM knowledge. It is possible to read DXF files, so there is no need to recreate drawings. Necessary machining data can be recalled from the saved machining program and sent to the machine body.

■Running costs reduced by more than 50%

The initial cost is lower than that of wire cutting, and the running cost of the wire can also be significantly reduced. Molybdenum wire cost...64 yen/h No ion exchange resin required.
