About This Product
This is a microscopic Raman spectrometer. This is a low-priced yet high-performance micro Raman spectroscopy unit. By using a commercially available microscope, you can obtain the high observation performance and convenience of a sample stage as a normal microscope. Equipped with a USB-CCD camera for observation as standard, the wavelength of the spectrometer section can be automatically driven, and automatic spectrum connection measurement can also be performed.
XY stage mapping and Z focus depth direction mapping are available as options. The CCD detector also uses Andor's high-sensitivity CCD detector. Furthermore, weak signals from thin film samples can be measured using the optional oblique light unit without being affected by noise signals from the substrate beneath the thin film.
