About This Product
■Summary
A dry film lubricant made by dispersing fluoropolymer in a fluorinated solvent. Ideal for lubricating areas where oil adhesion is averse, such as mold ejector pins and slide parts.
It can also be used for the following purposes.
■Applications
・Lubrication of mechanical sliding parts and gears of electronic equipment, OA equipment, home appliances, automobile interior parts, etc.
・Prevention of squeaking noises at parts alignment parts
・Lubrication of various bearings, bearings, etc.
・Lubricant for contact switches: Does not generate insulating substances due to high temperatures and discharges found in Si.
・Masking: Masking for film capacitor deposition
・Sealing material: Sealing material using inert fluid
- Antifouling coating, anti-fingerprint coating, low refraction and excellent optical properties
・Mold release during molding of various resins and rubbers
