This is an ultra-small incubator that allows cells to be cultured on a microscope stage. We narrowed down the functional performance to temperature control and CO2 mixing, and created an inexpensive and compact package. Cell culture is performed for approximately one week, and live cell observation and time-lapse photography are easily achieved.

■Cell culture chamber “C-070T”
The vertical and horizontal dimensions are the same as the well plate, 127 mm x 85 mm, so it fits directly into commercially available well plate holders. The flexibility to choose any microscope expands the scope of customization. Holds two 35mm dishes as standard. It is also possible to fit two glass slides or one 60mm dish by replacing the optional bottom.
