About This Product

■Summary

This is a unit for culturing cells on a microscope stage. Live cell observation and time-lapse photography can be performed.

■ Necessary and sufficient live cell observation

This is an ultra-small incubator that allows cells to be cultured on a microscope stage. We narrowed down the functional performance to temperature control and CO2 mixing, and created an inexpensive and compact package. Cell culture is performed for approximately one week, and live cell observation and time-lapse photography are easily achieved.

■Three features

1. We narrowed down the functions to temperature and CO2 mixing, and created a compact package that meets the needs. 2. Costs are kept to the bare minimum by eliminating additional functions such as data recording and remote operation. 3.It has a structure that can be easily customized using resin screws. Even after purchase, improvements can be made by replacing parts.

■Cell culture chamber “C-140T”

A transparent glass heater is installed on the top of the chamber to heat the inside without obstructing the view. The bottom is open, making it suitable for various types of microscopic observations such as oil immersion and laser confocal observation. In addition to well plates, various culture containers can be installed using the "container attachment." The "bottom unit" of the chamber can be easily attached and detached using screws. Replace it to match the microscope stage.
