About This Product

This sheet is mainly made of expanded graphite and reinforced with biosoluble inorganic fibers and aramid fibers. Oil-resistant synthetic rubber with excellent heat resistance is used as the binder.

■Features

It has superior heat resistance (~300℃) compared to general-purpose joint sheets. Can be used for 3.3MPa saturated steam. It is scratch resistant and highly flexible. The material, expanded graphite, has elasticity and can be tightened further.

■Applications

Flanges for various piping, valves, pumps, gaskets for automobiles, industrial machinery, etc.

■Size

・Thickness: 0.5mm to 3.0mm ・Standard size: 1,270mm x 1,270mm

■Terms of use

・Temperature: -50℃～300℃ ・Pressure: Maximum 4.0MPa
