■TRI-FLOW Ideal as an alternative to TRI-FLOW. About PT flow
We sell PT-Flow as a successor or alternative to the high-grade lubricant Triflow. All ingredients are made domestically while retaining the goodness of the long-loved Toriflo. This is a new product that exceeds the performance of Triflow, which was newly developed from a base oil.
We use PTFE (fluororesin) developed using new domestic technology. It is a non-compliant PTFE (fluoropolymer) that does not contain any regulated PFOA. All chlorinated paraffins including MCCP are completely chlorine-free and will continue to be supplied stably.
■The ultimate lubricant PT flow with a focus on high performance
Using the latest technology, we have reproduced Triflow domestically. Contains PTFE (fluororesin), which has the lowest coefficient of wear among all solid lubricants, and the finely divided PTFE (fluororesin) adheres to uneven metal surfaces, providing excellent lubrication. By domestically producing PTFE (fluororesin) using the latest technology, we have eliminated regulated substances and succeeded in domestically producing special base oil from scratch.
■High load performance ASTM-D3233 4,500Lbs or more
It can be used in a wide range of temperatures from -53℃ to 246℃. Triflow has excellent load-bearing performance, but the new PTFlow has the same or better performance. By blending special additives, we have achieved a dynamic friction coefficient of 0.08 or less in the entire range up to the seizure limit. It is effective in extending the life of tools and machine parts and reducing power consumption.
As long as PTFE (fluoropolymer) particles are present on the metal surface, lubricity remains intact. Suitable as a rust preventive agent for molds, machine parts, etc. Due to the use of special base oil, it lasts about 5 times longer than conventional products and instantly penetrates into even the narrowest gaps. Effective for chain lubrication, screw loosening, etc.
