■Features
The DFX-7 series is an innovative ultrasonic flaw detector equipped with cutting-edge technology in a compact body weighing only 400g. Since it can be operated with one hand, it can be used comfortably in places where conventional ultrasonic flaw detectors are difficult to use, such as in narrow spaces or at high places.
In addition to excellent basic performance such as a measurement range of 0 to 25,000 mm (in steel) and ultra-high resolution of 0.001 mm, flaw detection functions such as DAC (distance amplitude characteristic curve), TCG, AWS, DGS/AVG, and curved surface correction function are provided. It is also equipped with all the functions of the top-of-the-line ultrasonic thickness gauge model "CMX DL+" as standard.
Built-in 4GB large capacity memory, measurement data can be easily transferred and displayed on a PC using the included software. It also supports power supply from a mobile battery or computer's USB connector.

Due to its small size and light weight, it can be used in places where it is difficult to use with conventional flaw detectors, such as at high places or in narrow spaces.

Equipped with three types of narrowband filters (2MHz, 5MHz, 10MHz), enabling more precise measurements.
